'Hi baby!' Hilarious video captures the moment mortified TV reporter's MOM drove past and interrupted him as he was filming a news story - leaving his camera man in stitches

A TV reporter was left mortified after his mother interrupted him as he was filming a news story in the street - pulling up behind him in her car and excitedly waving and yelling 'hello'.

Myles Harris, 30, from Columbus, Ohio, was in the middle of recording a segment for local news station ABC 6 - when he suddenly spotted his mom, Sandi, 62, driving towards him, much to his dismay.

But while the TV reporter was horrified by the encounter, his camera man, DeAngelo Byrd, found Sandi's surprise hilarious and happily kept his camera rolling, capturing the entire moment on tape, which was then shared online by Miles, much to the delight of viewers.

Myles uploaded a video of the funny incident to his Instagram account, where it has since gone viral - leaving many people on the internet in stitches over the duo's impromptu interaction.

In the clip, Myles could be seen suddenly stopping mid-sentence after he noticed his mom's car approaching.

He shrugged his arms at her, before turning to look at the camera with an annoyed look on his face.

'It's my mom, hold on,' he said.

'Hi baby!' Sandy said excitedly, as the camera man could be heard bursting into laughter.

'I'm trying to work right now and you're over here calling my phone,' Myles said to her, clearly frustrated by her interruptions.

Sandi, who appeared unbothered by her son's annoyance over the matter, then leaned over to say hi to the camera man, who was still video taping.

'Don't be holding up traffic because you've got cars behind you,' Myles told her, before she blew him a kiss and drove away.

Myles, a graduate of Wright State University, joined ABC6/Fox 28 in 2021 as a multi-media journalist. He was previously a digital writer for Ohio 24/7.

'Typical Sandi,' he captioned the Instagram video. 'Yes, typical Sandi... Thanks @DeAngeloBryd, who kept rolling.'

Sandi has now become a viral sensation, and many people took to the comment section of Myles' video to gush over her.

'This is the best thing I've ever seen,' wrote on fan of the video.

'I'm dying! She loves her baby,' added another.

Someone else insisted: 'The best moment of 2022 thus far.'

'Mom is the cutest,' a fourth comment read. 'I don't blame her, I would have done a drive by too!'

'Adorable... Nothing like a momma's love,' gushed a different Instagram user.

'Mom's gonna mom,' joked someone else.

'Mom's always gon be ya biggest cheerleader,' said another person.
