Dramatic moment hero clings to the outside of a window 80ft up a tower block to save girl, three, after spotting her hanging from the eighth-floor in Kazakhstan

This is the heart-halting second a legend grips to the beyond a pinnacle block window to save a little kid subsequent to detecting her hanging from the eighth floor.

Sabit Shontakbaev, 37, was headed to work with a companion when he saw a group underneath gazing up at the three-year-old.

Her mom had gone out on the town to shop and abandoned her home in Kazakhstan's capital Nur-Ruler when she stacked up her toys and pads to move through of the window.

Sabit, a dad of-four, quickly hurried higher up in a bid save her before she tumbled to her demise.

He said: 'We saw that individuals were social occasion and I quickly gazed upward and saw a young lady swinging from the eighth floor.'

He ran inside the square and went up to the seventh floor, to the level quickly beneath where the young lady was dubiously holding tight.

'We thumped and luckily they quickly opened the entryway,' he said.

Sabit, a father-of-four, immediately rushed upstairs in a bid save her before she fell to her death

'I didn't have a wellbeing outfit so my companion held my legs.

'At that point I didn't contemplate anything, I simply needed to help the kid.'

He decisively came to up and got the young lady's legs then, at that point, pulled her down so he could get her.

Then, at that point, he painstakingly went her through the open window to his companion.

Sabit didn't hold on to be said thanks to by the young lady's mom as he would have rather not been behind schedule for work.

'I didn't actually see her folks,' he said. 'Thereafter, I went directly to work with my companion. No one realize that this would occur.

'I just saved the child and left, and in the news and social networks they suddenly began to call me a hero. I do not consider my actions heroic.

'To me, everyone should lend a helping hand in such situations.'

The girl had piled cushions and soft toys under the window and then climbed out, said an official source.

Shontakbaev has been hailed for his brave deed by the city's mayor Altai Kulginov.

He was awarded a medal for showing 'courage' by the deputy emergency minister Ibrahim Kulshimbayev.

But he was also offered a new job as a rescuer after his astonishing bravery.

Reports say Shontakbaev - who has a daughter and three sons - will also be awarded with a new three bedroom apartment, and a television.

This will enable his family to move to Nur-Sultan and live with him.

Until now he had been earning money in the capital and sending it home to his wife in Kyzylorda.

The fees for his children to attend summer camp will also be paid.
